About Owens Mediation
Gregory Owens
After nearly 20 years of litigating in state and federal courts around the country, I decided to follow my passion for helping people resolve their differences. During my years of litigation, I primarily represented plaintiffs in employment, negligence, and class action cases. I also had the pleasure of starting and managing two boutique law firms.
It’s been a long, strange trip to get to this point, starting with a baseball scholarship at West Virginia State, a transfer to IUP where I earned my bachelor’s degree, a stop at the University of North Carolina where I worked with athletes while in graduate school, law school at Stetson, a NCAA compliance internship at the University of South Florida, and a legal study abroad in Florence, Italy through Gonzaga University.
I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we have two sons. We love to travel and are fortunate to have visited nearly every state in the U.S. and 14 foreign countries. Our travel has provided the opportunity to learn about other cultures and meet people from around the world.
